HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Written by Freddie van Rensburg:

Introduction

I hope and trust that you will find some answers to some though questions and that it will give you clarity and truth about God and the Bible and that it will bring you to the point of making the biggest decision in your life and praying the most important prayer in your life.

1.) Is there a God? Is there some higher power?

These questions all fall under the category namely: The existence of God:

The Bible says in Isaiah 45:18 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
“For thus says the Lord—Who created the heavens, God Himself, Who formed the earth and made it, Who established it and did not create it to be a worthless waste; He formed it to be inhabited—I am the Lord, and there is no one else”.

Have a look at nature and creation. The heavens and the earth, all the people on the earth and all the animals in it. God created all of that and God even created you.

There is no other reasonable explanation for it other than the hand and the existence of God.

The Bible says in Romans 1:20 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
“For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiworks). So [men] are without excuse [altogether without any defence or justification]”.

The Bible is clear that we have no excuse, defence or justification for denying His existence.

2.) Who is God? Where is God?

These questions all fall under the category namely: God’s identity:

The Bible says in Matthew 28:19 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
“Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them [a]into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”.

God is an Almighty God. He created the heavens and the earth and there is no other God.
God is the Holy Trinity namely: God-The Father (Our Heavenly Father), God-The Son (Jesus Christ), God-The Holy Spirit. God is a living God.

God is omnipresent: God is everywhere.

The Bible says in Jeremiah 23:23-24 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
“Am I a God at hand, says the Lord, and not a God afar off? Can anyone hide himself in secret places so that I cannot see him? says the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? says the Lord”.

3.) Does God care about me? Does God love me?

These questions all fall under the category namely: God’s love

The Bible says in John 3:16 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
“For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten ([a]unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life”.

This is the very heart of God. God is love. God loves you and me and the entire world so much that He gave up His only begotten Son (Jesus Christ- who was without sin) to die on the Cross of Calvary and pay the penalty for all our sins and to lay down His life as a ransom for many, so that whoever believes, trust and relies in Him (Jesus Christ)
for Salvation and Redemption (the forgiveness of sins) shall not perish or be lost, but have eternal (everlasting) life.

God loves you!

4.) Can I know God personally? How can I be saved? Does God know me? How can I have peace with God? Can I connect with God? Can I be a child of God? Can I be a follower of God? What is a Born again Christian? How to know God? Can my sins be forgiven? Can a sinner become a saint? Can anybody be saved?

These questions all fall under the category namely: Salvation

The Bible says in Romans 10:13 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
“For everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord [invoking Him as Lord] will be saved”.

The Good News is that Salvation is freely available for anybody and everyone who acts on this scripture and calls upon the name of the Lord (Jesus Christ). He was crucified, He was dead and buried and He has risen from the dead. You can pray and ask Jesus Christ to forgive you from all your sins if you believe with your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Saviour.

The Bible says in Romans 10:9 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
“If you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

5.) Are all people Children of God? Is every person going to Heaven?

These questions all fall under the category namely: Pluralism

The Bible says in Matthew 7:13-14 New Living Translation (NLT)
The Narrow Gate
13 “You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell[a] is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. 14 But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.

John 3:18 New International Version (NIV)
18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.

God created all people, but not everyone is a child of God. Looking at these scriptures it is safe to say that not everybody is saved and going Heaven. The Bible teaches us that whoever believes in Him (Jesus Christ) will be saved. After hearing the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ you are faced with a decision to accept Him and believe in Him or deny Him and don’t believe Him and reject salvation and face damnation.

6.) Is Heaven and Hell real? Is the Spiritual world real? Is there life after death? Is there a Devil? Are Angels and demons real? What about good and evil?

These questions all fall under the category namely: The Spiritual World

The Bible says in Matthew 25:41 New King James Version (NKJV)
41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels”.

Nehemiah 9:6 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
6 [And Ezra said], You are the Lord, You alone; You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them; and You preserve them all, and the hosts of heaven worship You.

The Bible is clear that a spiritual world exists. There is a Heaven where God lives with angels who are also referred to as hosts. There is also a place called Hell or hades often also referred to as Everlasting fire (lake of fire or pit of fire) where the devil and his fallen angels (demons) reside.

God is good. The devil is evil.

7.) Why do I need to be saved and have my sins forgiven? What does sin have to do with anything? What is repentance?

These questions all fall under the category namely: Sinful Nature explained

The Bible says in Romans 3:23 New King James Version (NKJV)
23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”.

Ephesians 1:7 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
7 In Him we have redemption (deliverance and salvation) through His blood, the remission (forgiveness) of our offenses (shortcomings and trespasses), in accordance with the riches and the generosity of His gracious favour”.

Mark 1:15 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
15 And saying, The [appointed period of] time is fulfilled (completed), and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent ([a]have a change of mind which issues in regret for past sins and in change of conduct for the better) and believe (trust in, rely on, and adhere to) the good news (the Gospel).

We have all have sinned and we all need the forgiveness of our sins.
We need to repent of our sins and we need to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission and forgiveness of sins through the precious Blood of Jesus and the redemption that took place on the Cross of Calvary for you and for me.

This is the Good News and this is the Gospel at it clearest.

8.) Do good people go to heaven? Can I earn my salvation? Can good works and deeds save me and take me to Heaven?

These questions all fall under the category namely: Works programs.

The Bible says in Romans 3:10 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
10 As it is written, none is righteous, just and truthful and upright and conscientious, no, not one.

Ephesians 2:8-10 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
8 For it is by free grace (God’s unmerited favour) that you are saved ([a]delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God; 9 Not because of works [not the fulfilment of the Law’s demands], lest any man should boast. [It is not the result of what anyone can possibly do, so no one can pride himself in it or take glory to himself.]

There is no one righteous no, not one. There is nothing you and I can do in our own strength nor is there any kind of good works or just being a good person that can save us or earn our Salvation. Salvation is a free gift of God. The question is whether you believe it and will you receive it. That is the question you need to answer and that is the decision you need to make in order to get saved.

9.) Why am I here? What is the purpose of my life? What is the meaning of life? What is missing in my life? What is life all about? I am searching?

These questions all fall under the category namely: The Big picture

The Bible says in Jeremiah 29:11 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
11 For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.

Acts 17:28 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
28 For in Him we live and move and have our being; as even some of your [own] poets have said, for we are also His offspring.

God loves you and has a great plan and purpose for your life.

A lot of people ask these questions mentioned above. A lot of people are searching and looking for the answers and the meaning of life. My own personal testimony is that I was one of them and it was an ongoing search until I found Jesus Christ. Once I found Him and I became a born-again Christian there was a tremendous peace that followed. It is almost like you have a void or vacuum in your life that only God can fill. Once Jesus Christ comes into your heart, then it all make sense and you feel a greater sense of purpose, belonging and fulfilment than ever before. Life in general will have a lot more meaning.

10.) Is the Bible God’s Word? How relevant is the Bible today? Is the Bible only a good book? Is the Bible true? Is the Bible Holy and the ultimate?

These questions all fall under the category namely: The Bible explained

There is a lot of information available from various sources to support the origin
and facts on the Bible.

The Bible (from Koine Greek τὰ βιβλία, tà biblía, “the books”) is a collection
of sacred texts or scriptures. Varying parts of the Bible are considered to be a
product of divine inspiration and a record of the relationship between God and
humans.. The Bible appears in the form of an anthology, a compilation of texts
of a variety of forms that are all linked and collectively contain the word of God.

The Bible has been a massive influence on literature and history, especially in the
Western world, where the Gutenberg Bible was the first book printed using
movable type. According to the March 2007 edition of Time, the Bible “has
done more to shape literature, history, entertainment, and culture than any book
ever written. Its influence on world history is unparalleled, and shows no signs of
abating.” With estimated total sales of over 5 billion copies, it is widely
considered to be the most influential and best-selling book of all time.
As of the 2000s, it sells approximately 100 million copies annually.

The facts speaks loudly that the Bible is the written Word of God. It is the Holy
Bible which is written by many authors over many years and inspired by the Holy
Spirit. It is God’s way to communicate and speak to us through His Word and it is
still relevant and applicable today.

Once they have asked a world renowned Evangelist namely Reinhard Bonnke the
following question: Is the Bible still relevant today, because it is so old? His answer
was the following: “The sun is also very old, but yet it still shines and burns bright
every day”. The Word of God is the Living Word, it can speak and minister
to a person who reads it and touch people’s hearts, souls, spirits and minds.

They also once asked a well know preacher named Angus Buchan a particular
question and his reply was based on a Biblical perspective. They went
on to say to him “Well that is your opinion on the matter”. The preacher went on to
say “Let me correct you, it is not my opinion, but it is rather God’s opinion”.

One of the most well-known Evangelists named Dr. Billy Graham was on several
Media interviews over time and he always based his answers and
statements rooted in the Word of God by always saying “The Bible says”.

The Bible forms our very foundation and guideline for our spiritual journey and life.
What the Bible is saying is really what God is saying about various issues in life.

11.) Does people from all religions go to heaven? Is there more roads and ways or Options to go to heaven? Can I have several beliefs and religious practices and Several different gods? Does any religious gatherings or attendance take me to Heaven or save me? Can any kind of person or minister or clergy person save me from my sins?

These questions all fall under the category namely: Religion vs The Real Thing

The Bible says in John 14:6 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
6 Jesus said to him, I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the
Father except by (through) Me.

Acts 4:12 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
12 And there is salvation in and through no one else, for there is no other name
under heaven given among men by and in which we must be saved.

Exodus 20:3-5 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
3 You shall have no other gods before or besides Me. 4 You shall not make yourself
any graven image [to worship it] or any likeness of anything that is in the heavens
above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 5 You shall
not bow down yourself to them or serve them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous
God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth
generation of those who hate Me”.

It is clear that not all roads leads to Heaven. Not all religions lead to Heaven. No other
God or beliefs or views, not any other name, nor any ministry, Church, denomination
or religion or any minister or person can ever save you. Only Jesus Christ is able to
save you, it is as simple as that.

12.) Do I have to change first to get saved? Do I have to become a better person first? I am not perfect? I am not worthy? I don’t want to become someone else? I don’t Want to lose my life? I am scared of change? I will do it later in my life? It is not the right time. I am not sure it is for me. It is too late already. I am too old or I am still to young? I am not sure what this will mean for my life. It is such a big decision? Is there some kind of catch or it is this some kind of gimmick?

These questions all fall under the category namely: Excuses, procrastination and
indecisiveness.

The Bible says the following:
Matthew 11:28 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will
cause you to rest. [I will [a]ease and relieve and [b]refresh [c]your souls.]

2. John 6:37 “Everyone whom the Father gives me will come to me, and the one
who comes to me I will never send away.”

Isaiah 1:18 New International Version (NIV)
18 “Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like
scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be
like wool.

Matthew 16:25 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
25 For whoever is bent on saving his [temporal] life [his comfort and security here]
shall lose it [eternal life]; and whoever loses his life [his comfort and security here]
for My sake shall find it [life everlasting].

2 Corinthians 6:2 New King James Version (NKJV)
2 For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation
I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of
Salvation.

We can see that you can come to Jesus Christ just the way you are. We can all come
up with several excuses and reasons for not wanting to take the step to receive Jesus
Christ or delaying it or procrastinating it. We can come up with other reasons to
first come to Christ when we are in a so called “better or different state or position”
in our lives. Reasons vary from “I am too young” or “too old”. Another reason is that it is
not for now. Well, all I can say it that we do not know what the future holds,
nobody it guaranteed of a tomorrow any person can die at any given time. The best
is to take what the Bible says and The Bible says that “Now is the accepted time,
behold today is the day of Salvation”.

13.) Why is there suffering in the world? Why is there injustice in the world? Why Is there poverty in the world? Why are there wars? Why is there famine? Why does God allow these things to happen? What is an Act of God? Act of Men? Why does bad things happen to good people? Where is God in the Coronavirus? Where is God in a pandemic? Where is God in sickness? Where is God in a tragedy? Where is God in tough times?

These questions all fall under the category namely: God’s Sovereignty and the State
of a Fallen World.

The Bible says the following:

Isaiah 41:10 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
10 Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice.

Psalm 46:1 New King James Version (NKJV)
God the Refuge of His People and Conqueror of the Nations
46 God is our refuge and strength, A[a] very present help in trouble.

Ephesians 6:12 English Standard Version (ESV)
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

John 16:33 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
33 I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]

We don’t always know why some things happen. We just don’t know.
What we do know is that God is Sovereign. We also know that we live in a fallen,
sinful world. The world is not perfect, only Heaven will be perfect, not earth. The Bible tells us that we will face difficulties and challenges, but the Good News is that we can turn to God and ask and rely on His help during those times of difficulty and uncertainty and various trails.

14.) What do you say to someone who has lost a loved one? How does God feel when Someone dies?

These questions all fall under the category namely: Death and grief

The Bibe says the following:

Matthew 11:28-30 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will [a]ease and relieve and [b]refresh [c]your souls.]

29 Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest ([d]relief and ease and refreshment and [e]recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.

Psalm 147:3 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
3 He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds [curing their pains and their sorrows].

Matthew 5:4 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
4 Blessed and enviably happy [with a [a]happiness produced by the experience of God’s favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His matchless grace] are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted!

Psalm 116:15 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
15 Precious (important and no light matter) in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints (His loving ones).

These scriptures should really give you more clarity and comfort. Dealing with death and grief and the loss of a loved one is definitely one of the most painful things a human being ever has to go through. How you and I respond and deal with it will make all the difference. Some people turn away from God or turn towards God during such a time. Having gone through terrible losses myself, I would really recommend turning towards God. God loves you and He cares for you. God is there for you during this time to comfort you, to care for you and to help you if you allow Him to. Going for godly counsel during a time of grief is also highly recommended.

15.) When is the End of the World? Are these the Last days? Are these end times? When is Armageddon taking place? When is the Apocalypse? Are these the end of Days?

These questions all fall under the category namely: Eschatology:

Matthew 24:10-12 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
10 And then many will be offended and repelled and will [a]begin to distrust and desert [Him Whom they ought to trust and obey] and will stumble and fall away and betray one another and pursue one another with hatred. 11 And many false prophets will rise up and deceive and lead many into error. 12 And the love of [b]the great body of people will grow cold because of the multiplied lawlessness and iniquity”.

2 Timothy 3:1-5 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
3 But understand this, that in the last days will come (set in) perilous times of great stress and trouble [hard to deal with and hard to bear].

2 For people will be lovers of self and [utterly] self-centred, lovers of money and aroused by an inordinate [greedy] desire for wealth, proud and arrogant and contemptuous boasters. They will be abusive (blasphemous, scoffing), disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy and profane.

3 [They will be] without natural [human] affection (callous and inhuman), relentless (admitting of no truce or appeasement); [they will be] slanderers (false accusers, troublemakers), intemperate and loose in morals and conduct, uncontrolled and fierce, haters of good.

4 [They will be] treacherous [betrayers], rash, [and] inflated with self-conceit. [They will be] lovers of sensual pleasures and vain amusements more than and rather than lovers of God.

5 For [although] they hold a form of piety (true religion), they deny and reject and are strangers to the power of it [their conduct belies the genuineness of their profession]. Avoid [all] such people [turn away from them].

Luke 21:11 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
11 There will be mighty and violent earthquakes, and in various places famines and pestilences (plagues: [a]malignant and contagious or infectious epidemic diseases which are deadly and devastating); and there will be sights of terror and great signs from heaven.

Matthew 24:36 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
36 But of that [exact] day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven,
nor the Son, but only the Father.

We can certainly identify with a lot of the above mentioned state of the world at the moment. Looking at the overall time line since the beginning of time we can certainly say that in the last 100 years this earth has seen an increase of all the above mentioned scriptures.
We live in a time where there are more people alive now on earth than ever before. We have seen more rumours of wars and wars than at any other time in history. We have seen the moral and spiritual state of people decaying. We have heard of more earth quakes and seen more famines than any other time in history. We have also seen plagues and pandemic diseases like COVID-19and others like no other time in History combined. We can therefore generally conclude that these are the signs of the times and therefore we are living in “The Last Days”. The Bible says we do not know the exact day or hour, no one knows only the Father. When will the world end? The conclusion is that it could be any given day or hour, it could be a couple of days, weeks, months, years or decades, the answer is that we simply don’t know.

Another way to look at it in your own life is as follows: Your world could end at any given time. You and I can die any given time, then whenever the world ends does not affect us anymore. You and I can have only a few days left of our lives. We don’t know, but the Good news is that we have the time now to turn to God. Let us not delay it or put it off.

16.) I have been hurt and disappointed? People have hurt me. Church have hurt me. People have judged me. I have lost a lot? Life has not been fair? Life has been hard. I am too far gone. Something happened that affected my life.

These questions all fall under the category namely: Dealing with Hurt and
Disappointment

The Bible says the following:

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of sympathy (pity and mercy) and the God [Who is the Source] of every comfort (consolation and encouragement), 4 Who comforts (consoles and encourages) us in every trouble (calamity and affliction), so that we may also be able to comfort (console and encourage) those who are in any kind of trouble or distress, with the comfort (consolation and encouragement) with which we ourselves are comforted (consoled and encouraged) by God.

Colossians 3:13 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
13 Be gentle and forbearing with one another and, if one has a difference (a grievance or complaint) against another, readily pardoning each other; even as the Lord has [freely] forgiven you, so must you also [forgive].

John 6:37 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
37 All whom My Father gives (entrusts) to Me will come to Me; and the one who comes to Me I will most certainly not cast out [I will never, no never, reject one of them who comes to Me].

If you are alive, it is never too late and it does not matter what you have done or what has happened, you can come to the Lord just as you are. His arms are open wide. You can come to Him with your hurt or disappointment. He will not reject you. He will comfort and help you through whatever it is that you need from Him. Life is not fair, but God is fair and just. Lastly you will have to forgive yourself and you will also have to forgive others for whatever has happened, so that the Father can forgive you also and so that you can be free indeed.

17.) Where does Science fit in? What about certain scientific discoveries? What about Evolution? The Big Bang Theory, The cosmos and the Universe? The Pyramids? Stone hedge?

These questions all fall under the category namely: God and Science

The Bible says:

Job 38:4-30 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
4 Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Declare to Me, if you have and know understanding. 5 Who determined the measures of the earth, if you know? Or who stretched the measuring line upon it?

6 Upon what were the foundations of it fastened, or who laid its cornerstone,7 When the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy? 8 Or who shut up the sea with doors when it broke forth and issued out of the womb?—

9 When I made the clouds the garment of it, and thick darkness a swaddling band for
it, 10 And marked for it My appointed boundary and set bars and doors, 11 And said, Thus far shall you come and no farther; and here shall your proud waves be stayed?

12 Have you commanded the morning since your days began and caused the dawn to know its place, 13 So that [light] may get hold of the corners of the earth and shake the wickedness [of night] out of it? 14 It is changed like clay into which a seal is pressed; and things stand out like a many-colored garment.

15 From the wicked their light is withheld, and their uplifted arm is broken. 16 Have you explored the springs of the sea? Or have you walked in the recesses of the deep?

17 Have the gates of death been revealed to you? Or have you seen the doors of deep
darkness? 18 Have you comprehended the breadth of the earth? Tell Me, if you know
it all.

These scriptures put it all back into perspective. We live in a world where we have people claiming to know it all. Some people think they figured it all out by some scientific claim or calculation or theory, but the truth is really that the more you think you know, the more you will learn about how much there is that you still don’t know. NASA has recently just discovered more galaxies. This is off course no surprise to God seeing that He has created it all. The conclusion here is that God is so Almighty and powerful and majestic that if you take time to think of it, who are we to even question Him. There is more proof today scientifically that God really exists and made the Heavens and the earth and also that Jesus existed and was on earth, than ever before.

18.) What about Conspiracy Theories? What about unexplained mysteries? What is the Truth?

These questions all fall under the category namely: Conspiracy Theories and
Unexplained mysteries and the Truth.

The Bible says the following:

John 8:32 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
32 And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.

Romans 10:17 New King James Version (NKJV)
17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

There are many so called conspiracy theories and unexplained mysteries out there.
All I can say to this is that it is not found in the Bible. There are so many lies, but rather listen and embrace the Truth. I can also say that faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God. What are you hearing and focusing on, don’t let it be some fictional TV show or movie or some theory or some idea that some government or agency or influential people are controlling us all. The other lie is the existence of Aliens and UFO’S and that they are going to attack us all. The truth is rather that the heavens and earth and all the stars that exist and also the 7.7 billion people on face of the earth. There is only One who is in control and there is only One who made it all and that is Almighty God himself and a part from Him there is no other, that is the truth.

19.) How to grow spiritually? What about follow up? What about discipleship?

These questions all fall under the category namely: The Spiritual Journey

The Bible says the following:

John 3:3 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
3 Jesus answered him, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the kingdom of God.

Matthew 28:18-20 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
18 Jesus approached and, [a]breaking the silence, said to them, All authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. 19 Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them [b]into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 Teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you [c]all the days ([d]perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the [very] close and consummation of the age. [e]Amen (so let it be).

Hebrews 4:12 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
12 For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the [a]breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.

11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven ([a]left, remitted, and let go of the debts, and have [b]given up resentment against) our debtors. 13 And lead (bring) us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. Here are some steps that will help you in your Spiritual Journey & Spiritual Growth:

1.) Step 1 – Pray the Prayer: (The sinner’s prayer) You have to be Born again and you
have to surrender your life to Christ and ask Jesus Christ to forgive you from all
your sins and believe in Him and accept His free gift of Salvation by confessing
Jesus Christ as you Lord and Saviour otherwise you will not inherit the Kingdom
of God.

2.) Step 2 – Yes, I have prayed the prayer –Step2. : (Follow-up) is the basic
process at the beginning of discipleship. We are here for you and we
kindly ask that you provide your details on our website your name and e-mail
address so that we can send you more information to help and assist you and
“Follow up” on your new Spiritual journey to help you grow spiritually.

3.) Step 3 – Church: (Gathering of the saints) You need to find a good Christian
Church of your choice in your area and start attending it, if you are not doing so
already. It is very important for your spiritual growth and to receive good teaching
and preaching from God’s Word. There you will be able to also engage with other
believers who share the same faith and beliefs and that will be fruitful for you.
The church, the worship and the teaching of the Bible together with the fellowship
of the saints is the biggest step known as discipleship that you can take at this stage
of your journey.

4.) Step 4 – The Bible: (God’s Word) You need a Bible, if you don’t have one
already. You need to start reading it daily, if you have not done so already.
If you don’t have a Bible, then purchase one – it will be your best investment. If you
can’t afford one, then please search for organisations in your area that distribute
the Bible. Organisations like the Bible Society and The Gideon’s just to mention a few.

If you have access to the internet then you can also read the Bible online for free.
There are also several free Bible apps available for your smart phones and tablets.
The Bible is also available on different platforms in brail and also audio versions.
Read the Bible daily and it will become like the Bible says – your daily bread.
Time spent in the Word of God is never in vain but always in gain.

5.) Step 5- Prayer: (Communication between God and man)
You need to start praying by yourself every day, if you have not done so already.
You are now in a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and you have to
sincerely take time out and communicate with God daily. Your prayer life will
grow. At first you might only speak a few words, but later you may very well be able to
pray for longer periods of time. The quality and sincerity of your words is very
important and your prayers will be heard. A good example of prayer is the one
noted in the Bible as Our Father (Matthew 6:9-13) . Always remember to pray in Jesus’
name, because He is the one who died for us.

6.) Step 6 – (Discipleship) Transformation – Keeping the Faith and Finishing Strong

We highly recommend and it is very important that you do not just leave your Spiritual journey at only this decision that you have made and this prayer that you have prayed in Step1 , but to rather continue to grow on your new Spiritual journey by taking all the above steps. Another example is that you will not leave a new born baby alone on its own, but you will rather nurture it to grow. In the same way you have been Born-Again and you need to grow on a new Spiritual level. This is long term commitment you have to serve the Lord for the rest of your life. You and I will have to bear fruit and abide and grow in our walk and relationship with the Lord. The Bible says you will know them by their fruit. (John 15:16).We need to be transformed more into the image of Christ. When the world looks at us they need to see the difference in our lives and that we live out what we are talking about. True Born-again Christians (Believers) are followers (disciples) of Christ and Jesus lives inside of you. We cannot become compromising Christians that say and do everything the world does. We have to be different, we have to be the salt of the earth and light to the world. We have to run our own race so that we can finish strong like the Apostle Paul said “I have kept the Faith” and I have ran the race. We will have to give an account of our lives.

7.) Step 7 – (Baptism): The Bible tells us how Jesus was baptised with water and afterwards how the Holy Spirit descended upon Him like a dove. (Matthew 3:14). We need to be baptised in water and with the Holy Spirit just like Jesus was. The Bible says that when we do this it is symbolic of our death and being raised up again in Christ. (Acts 2:38). We also need to be baptised/filled with the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2: 1-5)

When you follow these basic steps of follow-up and discipleship you will experience great
spiritual growth.

20.) Final Thoughts:

The Bible says that we are to speak the truth in love. The Bible says that the truth will set
you free and once the Son has set you free you will be free indeed. We have covered
some of life biggest questions and I am sure there will always be more questions that all
of us will have. Some questions, I do not have the answers for. I simply don’t
know and we can’t explain it and for some questions. I think nobody has the answers to
and we will never know the answer to every question, because we are not God and we
are not all knowing, but don’t let that put you off or hold you back. For the most
important questions and the things that matters the most you now know and you have
heard the truth and now you need to allow the truth to set you free today.

You have received a lot of clarity and guidance and there should really be nothing
hindering or holding you back now from taking the step and making the decision to
surrender your life to Jesus Christ and “Pray the prayer” that will save you and help
you to have your sins forgiven and to become a believer and a child of God.

You have nothing to loose, but everything to gain, please go ahead and prayer that
prayer and your life will never be the same again.

God Bless you as you do that, right here and right now. Amen!
